In 2009, the Dallas Business Journal lists Stream in its number one ranking of the largest Metroplex office leasing assignments/portfolios. The Dallas Business Journal has named Stream Realty one of the DFW Metroplex's "Best Places to Work" in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009. The Austin Business Journal has acknowledged Stream Realty as one of Central Texas' "Best Places to Work" in 2009 In 2007, the Dallas Business Journal and Caruth Institute for Entrepreneuship at SMU ranked Stream in the top ten of the The Dallas 100, a list of the 100 fastest growing private companies in the city. The Austin Business Journal ranks Stream Austin's office as the sixth largest company in the city. The firm earned an overall ranking of number four in office and industrial square feet managed.
