The Austin Business Journal has acknowledged Stream Realty as one of Central Texas' "Best Places to Work" in 2009 and 2011. The Austin American Statesman has recognized Stream Realty as one of Central Texas' "Best Places to Work" in 2010. The Houston Business Journal has named Stream Realty one of Houston's "Best Places to Work" in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The Houston Chronicle named Stream a “Top Workplace” in 2010 and 2011. The Atlanta Business Journal named Stream Realty as one of Atlanta's "Best Places to Work" in 2010. The Orange County Business Journal named Stream Realty one of "The Best Places to Work" on the West Coast in 2011.

The Better Business Bureau Awards of Excellence named Stream Houston a 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Winner of Distinction, honoring BBB Accredited companies that maintain a superior commitment to ethics, overall excellence, and quality in the workplace. Seven associates have been named to Black's Guide's prestigious 2008 "Top 35 Under 35" list including the number one person. A total of 28 associates have been awarded the Business Journal's "Heavy Hitters" title. Twelve professionals have been named to the Business Journal's "Rookie of the Year." Thirteen professionals awarded the CoStar's "Power Broker." Graphic Design USA recognized Stream’s marketing group a 2008, 2009 and 2010 recipient of the American Graphic Design Award.
