We are proud to announce our completion of the (BOMA) International 7-Point Challenge. The BOMA five-year challenge was created to encourage commercial real estate companies to reduce usage of natural resources, non-renewable energy sources and waste production.
Our Houston team recently completed extensive renovations at The Bellevue, a 119,545-square-foot office property located at 2323 S. Shepherd in the River Oaks area. The Class A office property was acquired by Stream Realty Partners in 2011 and was supervised by Adam Jackson.
Florida-based Crocker Partners, with the backing of the Distressed Real Estate Opportunities Fund managed by New York-based private equity investor Siguler Guff & Co., made its latest acquisition in Atlanta, pocketing the nearly 500,000-square-foot Atlantic Center Plaza office tower. A team of brokers from Stream Realty has been awarded the property listing.
